Relaxing GONG BATH Meditation | The Beehive Centre

Embrace the energy of the early autum, a time for slowing down and reflecting.

This unique event invites you to unwind, relax, and reconnect with yourself through the transformative vibrations of gong sound therapy.

WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?

During a gong bath, participants will lie down and get comfortable with blankets and pillows whilst being immersed in the vibrations of sound therapy instruments - various gongs, chimes and other instruments.

During the session you may experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions, as well as calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.
